The first working group dedicated to the "Activation of the Blockchain Ecosystem" is here to take big steps forward for the Republic of San Marino
The Scientific Committee of the Institute for Innovation of the Republic of San Marino has launched the first working group dedicated to the Activation of the Blockchain Ecosystem, that counts high-standing professionals among its first members.
The members of the working group had already participated in the activities of the Institute in recent years as honorary members of the Scientific Committee and, on this occasion, they renewed their trust in the project, that will continue with a more goal-oriented approach. The first members of the working group are Renato Grottola, for DNV GL and VeChain, Vincenzo Di Nicola, for Conio and Sara Noggler, founder of Polyhedra, coordinated by Alessandro Rossi, Vice-Chairman of the Institute.
This initiative brings the involvement of a new reality for the Republic of San Marino: the consortium Cryptovalues, through the participation of Andrea Medri, who will contribute to the work of the group with a specific professionalism in the field of Exchanges. Medri, as well as founder and member of the Advisory Board of Cryptovalues, is the CEO of The Rock Trading, one of the most robust cryptocurrency trading platforms in Europe.
The Institute is particularly pleased that the institution of the working group has led to the consolidation of relations with international organizations and professionals who share its objectives: development of a regulatory framework for blockchain technology applications, with particular regard to the regulation of crypto-activity (exchange) platforms;
creation of an attractive ecosystem for the crypto-industry, with the aim of finalizing the establishment of international players in San Marino jurisdiction;
repositioning the Republic of San Marino in the field of innovation at an international level;
cooperation with similar Italian institutions in the field of innovation to achieve mutual synergies and opportunities.
The first meeting of the group will be held this week: the aim is to concretely start with its activities and present to San Marino Institutions and Authorities an operational project in a very short time. The Institute therefore wishes all the members a good job, renewing to them the most heartfelt thanks, certain that this will be the occasion for a fruitful exchange of know-how and the realization of important synergies.
